Rules for responsible monitoring and use of Watchnet.
Permitted activity
Monitor publicly accessible websites and approved third-party APIs for legitimate competitive, market, or account research, subject to law, robots rules, website terms, and provider licenses.
Prohibited activity
Do not target private network addresses, localhost, cloud metadata endpoints, credentials, authenticated sessions you do not own, paywalls, or systems without authority. Do not bypass access restrictions, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or robots exclusions. Do not upload malware, attempt account takeover, scrape personal data unlawfully, spam, or use the service to harass others.
Enforcement
We may restrict scans, disable accounts, or preserve relevant logs when necessary to stop abuse, protect third parties, or meet legal obligations. Suspensions and appeals procedures require finalization before launch.
