AI & Monitoring Disclaimer

Know the difference between observed evidence and model interpretation.

Beta draft — legal review pending. This language has not been approved for public paid launch. Operator identity and contact details must be published before commercial access.

Evidence versus inference

A verified observation is a recorded, attributable change to a public source. An AI interpretation is an automated hypothesis about its possible meaning. Unconfirmed signals must not be represented as proven facts. Reports should link to the underlying evidence when available.

Incomplete source access

A scan can fail because a website blocks automated requests, requires login, rate-limits connections, has technical errors, or cannot be reached. A failed scan does not prove that a website specifically blocks AI. Watchnet should identify the best-supported technical reason and avoid inventing a result.

Not professional advice

Automated output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated assumptions. You are responsible for independent verification and for decisions made using reports. Do not use AI findings as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.
