Terms of Service
These terms explain the limited-access Watchnet service and responsibilities of its users.
Scope and eligibility
Watchnet is a business-intelligence workspace available during an invitation-only beta. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for any organization whose information you enter. Beta access may be paused or ended for operational or security reasons.
Authorized use
Only submit publicly accessible monitoring targets you are authorized to monitor in compliance with applicable laws and source-site terms. Do not use Watchnet to access accounts, paywalls, private networks, or restricted data without permission. Do not share login credentials or attempt to access another workspace.
Service limits and information accuracy
Scans and alerts may be late, incomplete, or unavailable. Websites can block or restrict automated access. AI-generated interpretations can be wrong. Watchnet does not provide legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. Verify important facts against original sources before acting.
Paid credits
If enabled, prepaid credits purchase eligible Watchnet services only. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may not be used outside Watchnet. Current charges and spending estimates are displayed in the application. See the separate Credit & Refund Policy for unused balances, refunds, disputes, and promotional credits.
Customer content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant Watchnet a limited permission to process it to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having appropriate rights to submit materials and for how you use reports. Watchnet does not claim ownership of third-party websites or their content.
Suspension, changes, and termination
Watchnet may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or prevent excessive infrastructure costs. Material changes to terms will be posted and may require renewed agreement. Account deletion requests are handled through the Privacy Center subject to legitimate legal and accounting retention obligations.
Warranty and liability — attorney review required
The beta is offered on an experimental, as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any legally enforceable disclaimer of warranties, allocation of liability, monetary liability cap, governing law, venue, indemnity provision, or dispute-resolution clause must be reviewed and finalized by qualified counsel before commercial launch. This draft does not purport to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
